My 2 year old son and I wish you a speedy recovery. He keeps coming up to me saying " Matt got a boo boo on his knee". He will still have his little Hasselbeck jersey on this Sunday:)

Hey Matt, good to hear the sprain was not worse! I had the exact same injury (right MCL sprain) 2 years ago when I took a snowboard spill. I heard the pop and felt the pain...very disturbing to say the least so I can appreciate how you felt when it happened. But the good news is, before long I was back doing my althetic activities feeling 100% and no problems since, (thanks to a little help from a buddy of mine whos a P.T.). And even better news, you have some of the best people looking after you.
Cant wait to see you back at the controls on the field! I'm pulling for Seneca I'm sure he'll fill in fine. Good luck, looking forward to a full recovery!
P.S. My allegiance goes back to the Zorn and fellow Okie, Largent days. I share Pete's feelings a few posts down...I hope you stay with the Seahawks for the rest of your career.

Dear Matt,
Just last year I had to have sugary on my back, I was very scared, but my parents are pastors of a church and they love Kenneth Hagin, and after I was in my recovery room my parents put my ipod on and it was Kenneth Hagin just saying healing scriptures over and over again. In the next 2 days I was up and walking, the doctor was amazed that I was up so soon. Here was the scripture I really meditated on was, Numbers 23:19. Its a good one check it out.
Get Well Soon!!!
Love Katie

Matt -
We Seahawks fans all wish you a very speedy recovery! It is so hard to put anything into words since you were injured last Sunday. I was so sad that night, almost sleepless, and I prayed for you. I believe many did the same and our prayers were answered, so the MRI result came out ok (not perfect, but still luckily ok). I now have my Seahawks bracet on everyday, for the luck of you and the team.
Hope Shaun and you both heal quickily and well! We cannot wait to see you guys back! The 12th men are standing tall.
