Hey Matt,
I knew there was something special when you uttered those eight magic words - "We want the ball and we're gonna score!" It didn't turn out so good, but I knew then that you were the leader this team has needed. It's not always easy being a Seahawk fan in Chicago, especially this year, but what goes around comes around, and I am eager for the rematch. Keep up the good work!!!

Matt, I have always been a great fan of yours since you came from Green Bay. I always knew that you were our leader even behind dilfer (who? lol). I am so proud that you are repping our great city and I really prayed for your and shaun's injuries, lol. Matt, keep tearing it up on the field and claim that lombardi trophy cuz God knows it is YOURS.

Good to see you back in the saddle Matt.
I think your toughness makes a difference to the Seahawks. Last year on the great superbowl run you talked a lot about tempo, and its importance to excecuting the plan. An observation is the team needs to up the tempo a bit, as collectively it has looked a bit sluggish with the exception of the first half against the Giants.
Good luck for the run-in and hope you throw for 3 TDs agiant the Cards.

Hey Matt,
It was a great win in Denver. I got together with my best friend from high school who is a Bronco diehard. We talked trash all night. When Josh kicked the game winner, his mouth just froze. I had a good on Sunday. Keep getting the momentum back. Lets take it to Arizona on Sunday.

Matt,
I was thrilled to find your site tonight. Hasselblog--what a great name. I just wanted to say I've been a long time fan (circa 2002-2003) and I finally purchased your #8 jersey at the Pro Shop during my honeymoon in Seattle last June. I wear it with PRIDE. Obviously, it is the away version (haha) since I am in Dallas. Hey, I hope the hand and knee feel better this week, and just know that our family is pulling for you and the team to go after the playoff seeds this month. Keep finding the open receivers and NEVER stop fighting for the ultimate reward...We believe in you!

Hey Matt, I'm in the Navy and I get shipped all over the place. There's nothing I enjoy more than watching the Seahawks on gameday; no matter where I am it brings me back home. Keep up the good work and go get that Lombardi Trophy! -Brian
