Packer Week... Thanksgiving.... Monday Night Football... BC vs. Miami...first game back from injury.... needless to say, there is a lot going on this week.
I thought I'd give you a quick list of the types of treatments, supplements, and equipment I've been using for the last 4 weeks to help me get back for this game. I figure this stuff added about 4 hours to my normal day; however, spelling some of this stuff might be as challenging as the re-hab itself.
