The team just left for Kansas City.  DD Lewis and I didn't make the trip so
we're sitting in the training room getting ready for another day of
treatment.  One of our trainers, Thomas Garcia, wasn't able to make the trip
either.  He has the glorious task of helping the injured guys with their
treatment over the weekend.  Tomorrow is our rest day so today's treatment
should be pretty aggressive... especially now that Thomas gets to call the
shots.

It was much harder than I expected to see the team off today.  I hope those
guys go out and play their best football on Sunday and come back with a win.

I know they can do it.  It will be much easier to watch from my couch if
we win.  I feel like they had a good week of practice and I know Seneca's
ready to show what he can do.  I am excited for him to finally get a chance
to show what he can do as a QB.

The swelling in my knee is down which means I might be off my crutches
today.  Things have been going well and I'm on schedule.  They even let me
drive my car today.  My knee brace only bends 20 degrees so Gibran Hamdan
has been driving me to and from work everyday.  Its actually been good
though b/c we've been talking and getting him caught up on the Seahawks
offense again and helping him forget the 49ers offense.

Like I said, my re-hab has been going well.  I have a special knee brace I
wear for my re-hab which allows me to bend my knee a little more.  I'm going
to get on the exercise bike today and see how that goes.  One thing is for
sure... I have some work to do!

Thanks again for all the support!  Hope to be back out there few weeks!

Go Hawks.
